Receipt by INPROTEINS of the communication provided for in this clause shall not imply, by the provisions of the LSSI, an effective knowledge of the activities and/or contents indicated by the communicating party when this is not obvious or evident. In any case, INPROTEINS reserves the right to suspend or remove content that, although not illegal, is contrary to the rules set out in these Conditions of Use, weighing up the legal assets in the conflict in each case.
Responsibility of INPROTEINS

It is the User's responsibility to adopt all appropriate technical measures to reasonably control these threats, including having up-to-date systems for detecting malicious software, such as viruses, Trojans, etc., as well as having up-to-date security patches for the corresponding browsers. INPROTEINS shall not be liable for:
